“Where are you?…I can’t find you…” said Lynn in her dreams. Lynn was looking for Len, her lover. She couldn’t find him instead she is in a dark world surrounded by trees. Suddenly there was a growl. Lynn looked up. “Who are you?…are you Len….?” said Lynn. There appeared a beast from the bush. Lynn was terrified looking at the beast. “Please….dont….” said Lynn in a frighten tone. The beast then leaped towards her. “Ahhh!!!” shouted Lynn when she suddenly woke up from her dream. She soon realise it was a dream and she is in her own room.
Set in the 18s century, in a western country. Lynn is a 16 year old girl. Her father is a minister in a palace. Her lover, Len is a soldier and has been sent to a war. Since then he has been missing after the war ended. This makes Lynn very worried. Len had make a promise to her that he will return after the war ended, but the war has ended 2 months ago and Len hasn’t returned. The war lasted for 6 months.
Len and Lynn
One day, Lynn left a note for her parents saying she is leaving the palace to find Len. Lynn secretly leaves the palace and rides a horse towards east. After a long journey, she arrives at a town. She plan to stays there for a night before continuing her journey. While she is walking around the town, she meets a gang of bandits. “Hey there, you look like you are from a rich family.” said one of them. “I bet she carries lots of cash along with her.” said the other. “No way, I’m giving you any cash. Just leave me alone.” said Lynn. “Heard what she said?…leave me alone…hahaha..no way untill we get the cash.” said one of them. Lynn then closes her eyes as she was scared they will attack her. ‘Please, just leave me alone…Len, please help me…’ thought Lynn in her heart. “No way!.” shouted Lynn. One of the bandits then ran towards her to attack her after their leader ordered him. Lynn was scared. Suddenly someone appeared and kicked the bandit. The bandit dropped to the ground. “Leave her alone!” shouted the person. “How dare you!” shouted their leader and thus all of them attacked together. The person finishes them off easily. “Leave now!…dont you ever dare come back here!”. Lynn was surprise and opened her eyes. It was a girl who saved her. Lynn was relieved. “Are you alright?” asked the girl. Lynn nods her head. “Dont be afraid, my name is Rin.” said the girl. Lynn then stood up with the help of Rin. “Thank you” said Lynn. Rin then smiles.
“You look like a lost girl.” said Rin. They were in a shop having tea. “who are you?” asked Rin. “I came from a palace located in the city. My name is Lynn. I came to find a guy name Len. He is a soldier who fought in a war 2 months ago. He has blue eyes and his hair is brown in colour.” said Lynn drinking her tea. “A guy with blue eyes and brown hair…looks like i have seen him somewhere before…” said Rin remembering back. “Really!?…where?” said Lynn. “I dont know…I just seen him before somewhere…not in this town of course….I was at the other town 4km from here before this.” said Rin. “If so…please show me the way to that town.” said Lynn. “I will guide you to that town. It seems like you will get lost easily if you go own your own.” said Rin volunteering. “Really?…you will guide me there?…”asked Lynn. Rin then nods her head. “dont worry, you can count on me. I’m used to this place.” said Rin. Lynn then smiles.
The next day, they set out for the next town. “What is your lover like?” asked Rin. “Well, he is a gentle person, can be stubborn at times. He is a soldier and was sent to a war but he has not return after 2 months. He promised me that he will return. Do you have a lover?” asked Lynn back. Rin then looks to the ground with a sad face. “Yes I do, he died 1 year ago…..” said Rin. “oh, I’m sorry…” said Lynn realising Rin’s sad face. “Its ok…its a long time ago incident…”said Rin. They soon reach the town. “Lets tie our horse somewhere and walk around.” said Rin. Lynn then found a place to tie her horse and they started walking around in search for Len. While walking around, the both of them stopped at some of the stalls to look at the stuff.
Rin then asked Lynn to stop for a while as she wants to look at some of the stuff. While waiting, Lynn is looking around and just then she caught a glimpse of someone which look like Len. Unknowingly to Rin, Lynn follows that person. She starts running towards him hopping that person is Len. While running, she accidentally crash into a gang of bandits again. “Sorry…I’m very sorry.” said Lynn as she faster gets up to catch that person. But one of the bandit caught hold of her and wouldn’t let her go. “Hey, you crash into me and all you do is just apologise?” said the bandit. Lynn was scared. She tries to let go off herself but the bandit hold her arm tightly. “Please let me go!” said Lynn with tears in her eyes. “No way, until you give me something as a payment for crashing into me.” said the bandit. Just then a voice shouted from behind. “Let her go!” said the voice. Lynn and the bandit looked at him. It was the person whom Lynn is after. He looks exactly like Len. But he has a bandage on one of his eye. “Why should I let her go!?…she crash into me and all she does is just apologise.” said the bandit. “She just crash into you, did you get hurt or anything?…if no then please let her go..is good enough she apologize to you.” said Len. “No….” muttered the bandit. The bandit then let her go. Lynn then ran towards Len. “Len!” She then hugs Len. She then looks at Len. “Is it you…?” asked Len. Lynn then nodded with tears rolling down her cheeks. Len then hugs her back tightly. “Finally…I can see you…”said Len happily. “Me too…I’ve miss you and ended up i left the palace and look for you.” said Lynn. “Why are you so stupid?…to look for me…” asked Len. “Is because you never come back…”said Lynn. Len then never replies.
“So you’ve found him?” asked a voice from behind. It was Rin. “I thought what is all that fuss about at here so I ran here after I realise you were missing.” said Rin. “I’m so sorry…” said Lynn looking down the ground. “You look familiar….are you from the other town?” asked Len. “You remember me?…yes I’m from another town.” said Rin. “Oh I see…shall we go to my place and I will explain the whole story?” said Len. The both then followed him back to his residence. They sat down at the lounge. “Why is your eye bandaged?” asked Lynn. “Well, after the war, I was unconsious near a stream. Thanks to this family, they saved me. I couldn’t just go without paying them back for their kindness, So i decided i will stay here and help them until my debts are paid. I’m sorry Lynn. About my left eye….after the war….I couldn’t see with my left eye anymore…” said Len. “oh….” muttered Lynn. “Do you want to return now?” asked Rin. The question startled Lynn as she wants to know the answer. Hopping for a ‘yes’ answer. “I’m not sure…most probably yes…” said Len as he looks at Lynn. “Please come home…its been 2 months…” said Lynn. “I will try too…” sighed Len. “You should return home as your family and your lover here will be worried.” said Rin. Len then give out a sigh. “If you dont return home then i will stay here until you return home.” said Lynn. Len then looks at Lynn. “Dont your family members be worried about you?” asked Len. “I dont think so because i left a note for them.” said Lynn. “Do you really want to stay here?” asked Len. Lynn then nods her head. Len then smiles at her. “We should go out for a walk tomorrow morning as now is going to be dark.” said Rin happy for the both of them. They were reunited after for 2 months. But they never knew what is going to happen tomorrow.
The next morning, The three of them went out for a walk to the town after breakfast. Lynn and Len were holding hands.(lol..XP)…Rin saw that and remembers back her past with her lover. She tried to kiss him when he was asleep but unknowingly to her, he wasn’t asleep instead he playfully kisses her back. They both then started teasing each other.Lynn then snapped her out off her daydream. “What are you thinking?…you seem to be daydreaming about something. Smiling all the way.” smiled Lynn. Rin then blushes. “Its nothing. Its just some moments with my lover.” said Rin. “Ohh…” smiled Lynn.

Unknowingly to the three of them, the bandit from yesterday was actually watching over them. He called one of his friend over to aim at them with their arrow. The bandit plan to kill Len. They were on top one of the house roofs. His friend is waiting the order from him. As they get closer, the bandit then gave order to his friend to shoot at them. But Lynn soon realises something is watching over them and she looks up and saw the bandit from yesterday and his friend. As his friend shoot the arrow towards Len, Lynn faster hurries behind Len and protected him. Instead of Len getting the arrow, the arrow stabbed behind of Lynn’s shoulder. Len realises that Lynn has been shot and he faster caught hold of Lynn as she drops to the ground. Rin then looks up and saw the bandit there. The bandit then ran away. Rin went to chase the bandit leaving the injured Lynn and Len together. “Dont die!…not yet…dont leave me alone!…” said Len with tears in his eyes. “I wont….die….” said Lynn weak. “I want us to live together and get married. So please dont…..”said Len with tears rolling down. Lynn then smiles. “I…wont….we will…definately live….together…”said Lynn. She then closes her eyes and went into her deep sleep. A person then sends them to the nearest hospital in the town.
“I dont want to die..not yet…not at this time.” said Lynn in her dream. It is all white. “You wont die…you want to live with him do you?” said a voice. The voice was gentle and soft. “Yes…I want to stay by his side forever. I really love him.” said Lynn. “If so, then you will have another chance to live.” said the voice. “Wa-…..”said Lynn when she suddenly awoke from her dream. ‘Its that real?…who is that…?’ thought Lynn in her mind.
As Lynn is awake. She sees Len is sleeping by her side. Lynn then smiles and moves a little. Len then woke up and sees Lynn is awake and is alright. “You are awake.” said Len. “Are you alright?” Lynn nods her head. Len then hugs Lynn. “You scare me!….I thought I was going to lose you….Thanks for saving me.” said Len. Lynn then smiles and hugs Len back. Rin came in the room. “The bandit and his friend is in the prison now.” said Rin relieved to see Lynn is alright. The both of them then smiled. “Thank You.” said Lynn.
The next morning, Lynn and Len was at the hospital’s park. They were alone at there. Rin was with Len’s foster parents helping them. In truth, one of them can see spirits and thus they can see Rin’s lover, Jun’s spirit around Rin. They told her about it. “I can see a guy around you. Could it be it is someone you loved?” asked Len’s foster mom. Rin was surprised by that question. “Really!?…where is he now?” asked Rin in an excited tone. “He is just behind of you.” said Len’s mom. Rin eyes then opens wide and turned around. “Jun!….are you really there?”asked Rin. “If so, then at least let me feel you.” said Rin. Jun then moves towards Rin and touches Rin’s cheeks. Rin then can feel his hand. Her tears then rolls down. “You are really here….” said Rin crying. “He is happy that he can see you and you can felt his presence.” said Len’s mom. Rin then put her hand on his hand. She can feel his hand on her cheek. “I’m happy that you are here….thank you.” said Rin. Then slowly Rin can feel Jun’s hand begin to fade away. “He is going into the light. This is the last time he sees you.” said Len’s mom. “Good bye Jun. I love you.” said Rin still crying. Jun then vanish into the light after he chattered his last words which Rin couldn’t hear it. “I love you too” (lol…XD).
Meanwhile, Lynn and Len are still at the hospital park sitting down on a bench. “Do you want to go home?” asked Lynn. “I feel like staying here somehow. Is more peaceful here.” said Len. “I agree with you too…”said Lynn. “If so then why dont we stay here together?” said Len. Lynn then nods her head. They both smiled at each other. Soon, Len moves his head closer to Lynn’s. They both then kissed. They lived happily together with the family and Rin. ~~~THE END
